Inverters, also known as power regulators and power conditioners, are an integral part of photovoltaic systems. The most important function of the PV inverter is to convert the DC power generated by the solar panel into the AC power used by the home appliance. All the electricity generated by the solar panel must be processed by the inverter to be externally output. Through the full-bridge circuit, the SPWM processor is generally modulated, filtered, boosted, etc., and the sinusoidal AC power matched with the lighting load frequency and rated voltage is used by the end user of the system. With an inverter, you can use a DC battery to provide AC power to your appliance.


The solar AC power generation system is composed of a solar panel, a charging controller, an inverter and a battery; the solar DC power generation system does not include an inverter. The process of converting AC power into DC power is called rectification, and the circuit that completes the rectification function is called a rectification circuit, and the device that implements the rectification process is called a rectification device or a rectifier. Correspondingly, the process of converting DC power into AC power is called inverter, and the circuit that completes the inverter function is called an inverter circuit, and the device that implements the inverter process is called an inverter device or an inverter.

The core of the inverter device is an inverter switch circuit, which is simply referred to as an inverter circuit. The circuit completes the function of the inverter by turning on and off the power electronic switch. The switching of power electronic switching devices requires a certain number of driving pulses, which may be adjusted by changing a voltage signal. Circuitry that generates and regulates pulses is commonly referred to as a control circuit or control loop. The basic structure of the inverter device includes a protection circuit, an output circuit, an input circuit, an output circuit, and the like in addition to the above-described inverter circuit and control circuit.
